I feel like at this point I would rather like to see hope without a love interest and instead see her work on herself and show more of the powerful side we saw in the originals. I want to see that strong and independent side of her rather than them just focusing on her relationship

Was anyone else mad that Landon used a letter that her dad had wrote her so that he could do a dumb play. I’m also mad that they used the letter and the always and forever in the song and had it like if Elena’s character in the play was singing it to Damon they used an original thing that was important and meant something for their family, for a love triangle. I felt like they shouldn’t have done that, it defeated the whole meaning of always and forever being about family and the original siblings especially since Damon and Stefan hated Klaus and they used it for their characters in the play just didn’t sit right with me. Also Landon should have never even thought about using the letter Hope let him read that out of trust and it is a private letter from her dad who is gone and he knows that family is a touchy subject for hope and he still chose to use it for the ending of the play I felt like that was so selfish of him
It’s so sad that the writers of legacies not even mentioned the whole mikaelson family this show is mostly about Hope and we never hear anything from her family members who are still alive like Rebecca or kol. Hope needs to be alone for a while because she’s almost going to implode. Something definitely happened when she was in that magical coma. It had nothing to do with Landon, that reasoning was pathetic. I think she experienced a type of trauma that had to do with her family. Maybe she saw them be tortured or she relieved the deaths of both her parents. But honestly, Hope needs someone else because Landon is just, no. He’s holding her back and she’s afraid to be herself around him, he’ll around everybody. She has so much power and I know she’s afraid to use it because she doesn’t want to lose control and hurt anyone she cares about. But honestly Landon needs to go. He doesn’t understand the extreme level of trauma and heartbreak she went through in her early childhood. When she turns into a full tribrid, she’s going to need her family. She’ll need Freya to help keep her magic in check, Kol to help with her vampirism and magic, and Keelin to help with her werewolf aggression. She’ll also have Marcel to help control her vampirism. I honestly think Hope just needs to spend some time away with her family because that school isn’t what’s good for her right now.
I loved how they told the elena/Stefan/Damon love triangle in this episode and pointed out how dumb some of the vampire diaries was lol. This was one of my favorite episodes so far except jade leaving made no sense to me as she’s been in it barely at all, this is just repeating Penelope
The only beef i had with this episode was that they didnt even give bonnie her own scene in the musical like- she carried the whole show and there wouldn’t be a school without bonnie....
The thing about Jade... I think it’s because of the pandemic. They didn’t have the time to fully develop the relationship so they had to let the actress go. Which sucks for both the show and the actress portraying Jade.
I just can't love this show. Writers killed our fav characters just to create this show. They could give them a happy ending. Hope deserved a happy ending with her family. Her aunt is one of the best and original witches that ever exist, her mother was a alpha werewolf and her dad was the first hybrid ever. She doesn't need a school, she just needs her family. She can't be normal, she's a Mikaelson after all. But she could be happy with her family BUT NO THEY HAD TO CREATE A NEW SHOW.

I think he's better I mean Puck even said how he met Klaus before and thought he was an entertaining conversationalist--he seemed to like him, while Alaric hated Klaus. If Hope needs a father figure, I wish it would be someone who didn't demonize her dad all the time.

I dont think I've ever seen something so sad as their plot line,, the writers really screwed them over for lesser characters to take all the glory. Hope is so precious and the disrespect from this is so hurtful!! I almost stopped watching after this ended
but the fact she’s telling a random guy that question when they should’ve waited along time to get klaus and hope to have that scene but tbh i don’t think she’s doing right still she needs to let landon go and be herself instead of holding back klaus wants her to be happy and her with landon isn’t doing any good and the fact she told some random guy if she’s doing right like girl that isn’t your dad obviously that coma did sum to her because TO hope would’ve hated this

I like landon and hope but I think they need a break to focus on themselves. The have broken up so many times and gotten back in the span of an episode it's getting quite toxic in my opinion. They need to break up and form their own identities outside the relationship.
This was the only part i liked in the entire musical episode (Oh yeah Caroline's voice over too) . Hope is carrying on her family's legacy in the right way but i think the show isn't. And how on earth did the makers come up with the idea of using our precious "Always and Forever" for a mere love triangle man! How could they do this to us. And yeah what Landon did can never be justified. Klaus' letter to Hope was supposed to be only her's. Even then she let Landon read it. So I think he should have respected the privacy and let it stay personal.

Hope's parents, especially her father and the rest of that side of the family, are a very big driving force of the story. Without Klaus and the rest of the originals, none of the vampires at the school would exist. Also, as they showed at the end, without Klaus's donation, the school would also not exist. And for the most part, the majority of the students would only know what Ric, the faculty, and the books written about Hope's family said. It painted her family as evil. While they were for a while, it was Hope that made the Mikaelsons more human. Now maybe I am completely wrong or something. But, try to be nice when replying to me. These are just my thoughts and opinions. If you think I am wrong, explain it without being rude.
