It turns out while studying in middle east, kartosuwiryo changing his mind and prefering a calyphate system for indonesia. Kartosuwiryo then creating the largest rebelious organisation in indonesia that at it's peak manage to take controll over 25% of indonesian teritory Soekarno who now become indonesian president then have no other choise than to arrest kartosuwiryo and sent him to firing squad. A great battle between indonesian army and kartosuwiryo's army (DI/TII) broke up in indonesian controlled teritory Kartosuwiryo then arrested by siliwangi division (now kopassus) and given death penalty
