The pattern is already included 1 cm seam allowance. So there is 1 cm seam allowance on back shoulder already. Regarding the sleeve, this sleeve is for coat, so I make it a little bit longer than jacket sleeve . The 5 cm seam allowance at hem is a facing , will turn up inside .
