This collection is a real master piece, that’s Mattel at its peak! Please keep showing EAH! ♥️ Also, all of them have unique head sculpts actually, tho it’s really hard to notice on the Wave 1 girls! The only sculpts ever reused are Faybelle’s (originally from Cerise) and Courtly’s (originally from Kitty).
I’ve never owned Ever After High dolls so this was really interesting. Mattel was really on their A game. I would like to see EAH can get proper repros as well one day.
I highly doubt that'll happen, EAH made Disney mad and that's when Mattel lost the Princess and Frozen line. Mattel is getting the Princess and Frozen licenses back next year and I doubt they'll ever touch EAH again as to not anger Disney.
I love these dolls so much! I have Apple and Briar from this collection and they are just so beautiful! OMG I hope EAH will have a chance to come back 😀
All my EAH dolls are from thrift stores and rarely have their whole outfits… I’m amazed seeing just how many adorable bitty pretty accessories these actually came with 😍
I know this is an unpopular opinion but I love Ever After High more than Monster High. I started collecting MH and im aware that without it EAH wouldnt exist. That said, the aesthetics that EAH gives are beyond compare. Im huge about fairy tales and royalty and so I feel like EAH served all of this glam with gowns, metallics and a variety of beautiful prints, mesh and glitters. I wish they made repros or adult collector dolls for them like Haunt Couture. Cant wait to see your Thronecoming collection, which is my fave line. Also the 3 stand alone dolls - Apple (Royally Ever After), Raven (Spellbinding Raven) and Goldie (Just Sweet)
This is a gorgeous line! ❤️ To be honest, I’m not to interested in a rainbow high introspective as much because even though I like them my feed is already constantly bombarded with plenty of RH content since it’s the current thing. Many of the RH dolls from past lines can still be found in stores even. And finally, you already have a ton of RH content that basically already does this. Basically, I’m more interested in seeing discontinued or less well known doll lines for this series, because I honestly don’t know anyone else making something quite like these where we get to see the whole set side by side and in good condition for dolls some of us are less likely to have.
Another great in depth review. I have 3 of these dolls. Just watching them being reviewed, makes you realise how well detailed and beautiful they were. Here's hoping for a comeback of this line too. And yes, I love their little hand poses!
