As for me, I’ve been working alot lately and trying to lose the same 40lbs that’s I’ve been struggling to lose for the last 2 yrs… 😔 ….. its summer break and the kids are eating me out of house and home

I graduated with Masters in Health Law and I was promoted!!! Poca dont be hard on yourself, make small changes. Add veggies to one more meal, increase protein and add in a 15 minute walk. you'll see a difference.
