C++ is no 1. Python is for writing wrappers over C++ api's. Even the tensor flow library is written in C++. Typescript is for providing a web interface. Core logic/algo is always written in C++ if you need strong performance. C++ and C can access bare memory. C++ is well organised and highly optimised. Rarely you will find a serious product that does not use C++ in its core engine.

If you learn html, css, js and done some projects using them and show case them in git hub you can definitely get a web dev job in startup, but if you are interested in MNC job you will be needing an degree.

If u have time go with c++ or java( my preference is java) these are little bit complex language which mean u need to put some extra efforts to learn it but after that u can learn any language very easily. Python is very simple language so when u switch to other language in future u may face lots of complications.
