At least now there's pushback against these false narratives thanks to the internet and social media.

From where is this gentleman originally come from, in that place, to apply for a construction licence? Such problems r growing daily with all outsiders moving in. Goa u hv completely gone from all sides. Those who did not want d Portuguese r strangely after portuguese houses & land. Here, this guy, unable to speak d local language, is indeed truly seasoned to come & dictate terms to cover ones shady deals. They do not tell their ill deeds but r out to twist d situations to pressurise officials. In fact, all such outsiders with such applications of construction, change of names to Goan names in d Gazette etc should b further delved & investigated into with right earnest, to unearth d true facts. In d present PMs model state of Gujarat, during d communal riots there, in order to avoid non-hindus purchase hindu houses in d Poles of d Old City of Ahmedabad, they brought in a Municipal GR that no non-hindu can purchase or sell houses in d old city under d guise of archeaological preservation being a heritage city etc, & over that, French Archaeologists & Artisans were brought in for preservation of d houses at Municipal/Govt costs. If both d present PM-HM, who were the CM-HM then at Gujarat, cd bring in such an effective GR, why cannot d Govt of Goa put a firm foot down, to similarly restrict any purchase/sale of Goan house or land to outsiders, who in turn do callously & completely change & deface the very ecology, demography & culture of d place/state by coming in enmasse to outnumber locals, & then bringing in goons to compel d owners/residents to forcibly vacate/migrate or use their power of ill-gotten money/influence to buy off officials in d offices of d Panchayat & elsewhere, by tampering land, birth-death records etc while any trivial work of a local does not move. They all seem to b having strong political, bureaucrat, police backing from bottom to d top, so as to openly & boldly threaten our locals, d guts to lodge police/legal complaints & forcibly manipulate to get as they please, and then spin d victim yarn to garner support for their overt & covert misdeeds. If the Govt is unable to act in controlling these hollowing termites, it wd not b far when d locals from all surrounding villagaes collectively take d law into their hands to prevent any such buying or selling in their areas enmasse by such estate brokers sitting or operating freely & boldly from elsewhere from destroying d Goan Heritage. In fact, all such direct buses, trains, flights from such places need to b stopped which were started by d State-National Politicians for their sole vested interests, and here with d Double Engine, like d Aryans drove d Dravidians down south, these modern day Aryans from all d uncivilised lands around would outnumber & force out d local population from their very own land.
