🇯🇲🇯🇲 Nasto, I totally understand how you feel like you head exploding from the pressures of planning, financing and coordinating the ongoing work on your home.
I think you’re letting ANXIETY gets the better of you by trying to start and complete too many projects at once.
Keep things SIMPLE and try to do projects IN SEQUENCE based on HIGHEST priority.
Buying the culverts and starting the wall foundation with so many men to pay and feed each day are unnecessary money being spent right now.
After the ceiling project keep everything VERY SIMPLE….SLOW SPENDING.
Nasto whatever outsude kitchen you going to build make the stove area at waist hight with bricks or stones (like a box) filled in middle with dirt and stones, two fire site. If you want. Try not to worry too much, take things one day at a time.
For the outside kitchen, look up how the Chinese in the countryside build their stoves that use firewood. You already have bricks to build the Chinese kind of stove which would be used at standing height so Miss Fle doesn't have to bend so much.

Nasto as a home owner and a Real Estate investor it take a lot to build your own home and you are doing great. Nice video Nasto. Leave the ground level where you want to plant grass just like that below that small wall barrier level. Don't raise the ground. It will be good to retain the water for the grass and prevent the water from flowing to the house.

Build you a Real outside kitchen don’t build a cheap one. You have a great compound. Don’t cut any corners.
Nasto you should take every weekend off so that you can rest and think about what next and look forward to working five days straight and then look forward to being off two days again that will help you not get so stressed and take things a bit slower… you could still do CZcams on Saturday and Sunday if you like and want and you can even do short videos that’s OK as long as you do something that will pay you……
That's your wood shed Nasto. In the Philippines they build what is called a dirty kitchen. It's amazing for things like frying fish and curry which can smell up the house and remain on your curtains.. a nice clay oven and clay cooker outside.

Consider making the kitchen cabinet smaller next to the back door to make room for the refrigerator If you agree do it before you put the doors on the cabinets.

Greetings Nasto, Where the bricks are near the back gate. The landscapers should level the ground below the brick level. This will stop the rain from causing the walkway of becoming filled with mud and full of rain water. Between the bricks and the house foundation.

Nastor you have so many irons in the fire,your vision for your home is beautiful but it takes time please don't add anymore projects at this time it's not good to have so many projects at one time, complete a project and than another. Nestor there is no perfect anything just finish your ceiling and than go on to the next don't stress yourself it's not worth it. Building the house weee is not eqsy mr have done mine which is done qnd am doing for my parents... material are really expensive for sure it's need courage ..and sacrifice alote ...yes building u have to do step by step ...what u have done ✅ is amazing work ...gove ur self a break loke two months get some 💰💰💰 snd push once more ..

That"s part buliding a home. some people have it an easy way and others have it a hard way. I have been building my house for the past 12 years and its not done, I have the same thoughts of giving up but every steps i take it makes me want to keep on building and my friends tell me how good it looks. so never give up.

No, the gazebo shouldn't be connected to the kitchen! Gazebos are usually a short distance from the house whereas an outside kitchen is usually close to the inside kitchen.
And this will be a great investment for Ms Fle considering she likes cooking content, money making kinda content. Gazebo/kitchen combo over a corner shop any day!…what these two are doing is commendable!

Soil erosion causes the river banks to break when ppl mines out the sand from d rivers it causes erosion . Bad damage to house farm animals
What difference does it make what color the skimming mix is your eventually going to paint over it. Here in America ours come in gray or white but once you sand and paint you can't tell. We call it sheet rock or drywall and rhe person who installs it is called a drywaller or sheetrocker❤🎉

I didn't realize the ceiling process is so tediou. I am accustomed to seeing them install the gypsum then paint rather than skimming.
I think skimming is also mudding covering up all imperfections then let dry sand out and paint
