Merchant doesn’t use it enough to for it to be a big switch up for him and I bet he’s saying that it says it so movement players will get clips with it
great explanation - i feel responsible for this misconception from my guide I made a while back - from more experience with Rampart since then, the best way I'd put it is - you don't gain speed, or move faster, but you can go from sliding into standstill behind an amped cover wall, to then quickly slide out once the wall is picked up, which can be a powerful way to peek out of walls when most players expect you to just stand there behind it
Bruh y’all are tripping. Literally being paid by big corporation and You guys don’t see all the comments on your vids? This game is rigged str8 up and it starts with the streamers who run this. Rather than the thousands of ppl who spend money on this game.
that was so funny, thanks for the laugh mokey *explains how supposed rampart movement tech is an illusion* *does this while doing other real rampart movement tech* *refuses to elaborate real movement tech* *ends video*
Im more confused about rampart wall super glide. It feels like I hit them more often on rampart wall, while im not her main (not playing often) and barrerly make it on other character from other objects even of the same height objects. Either it's covered somehwere and I missed it, or im just delulu
It is consistently in the top 5 Steam games for concurrent players. If you also then consider console and Origin players, I'd say that adds up to being pretty popular. It's just also very popular to hate it.
Depends on your definition of “dead”. Is apex growing its player base month over month? No. Is apex losing players month to month? A bit, but not drastically. Does it have hundreds of thousands of players still playing daily? Yeah. So it’s up to you.

Its pretty clear that when you dismount the gun against the wall, your initial climbing point is higher, than starting from a jump to the wall.

Absolutely perfect explanation. Hopefully this clears up the confusion in the community!!
I mean going full speed, then complete stop, and full speed again is still extremely useful
Mokey with the facts
I use Rampart for few seasons, I don't even know this thing exist at all
technically you do actually gain speed, it just isn't faster lol
But you can still use it to surprise people on the other side of the door :D
hahaha my reddit post from 2 days ago is the reason for this vid lol. thanks though for telling us

probably just more consistent on it becuase it is exact same height everytime
@@hum_hug Exactly that. Different heights require different timing.
