We called them doll flies in me and hook city's. Younger days! my favorite was red head black body and white tail,,,or a black head and body and yellow tail...and then some chartruese colors were good, also the road runner was goode ,,,i bet hook city knows the old road runner,,,,enjoyed watcrhin you fellers😄👍

Thanks man, for all the info on creeks and rivers in the beginning and great video! The other day, I fished a river and all I saw were small fish on brush piles hanging in the middle. I then started to fish the bank and found all the big fish hanging on the ledges in 3-5 ft! It was crazy, so check those ledges out along the banks casting jigs. 👍🏾
Great tutorial bout creeks, temps, bait fish, will produce crappie. You captured the one that didn't want to sink. Dad laid me down about these are sandwiches Son 🤣.

I dont let the pressure dictate my trips. I do however understand that rising pressure will cause them to not bite like falling or steady pressure will. The right bait presented correctly will get them to go no matter the barometric pressure.

It definitely helps. I'd suggest learning to kicate fish first. With or without livescope this is a very important step. Tight lines!
