Its crazy that Shelly went from one of the worst to one of the best by walking faster...
It’s not that crazy considering how speed can affect some brawlers comparatively with others. Shelly has a lot of traits which can be highly improved with speed
why cant the brawlers just run faster? are they stupid?
I mean look at like Amber for example she was absolutly DOMINATING and one of the good reasons was because she had a very fast movement speed on release
Every melee brawler needed something to actually approach the enemy and kill them with their powerful melee attack via super or a special ability (Primo super, Ash rage speed, Sam super...). The problem with Shelly was that she didnt have anything to actually approach the enemy, instead she just had an op version of her attack as her super and the only thing that could actually help her approach someone was the dash gadget (prior to the HUGE clay pigeons buff)
And hank went from best to worst just by his bubble attack now reveal on bush

They massacred Hank, it's actually insane
they did my boy hank so dirty and it was right when I got him to max too, now I won't even play him cus he so bad
Hank was bugged making him do way more damage than he was supposed to, and they nerfed his speed up star power so he was only good because of the damage bug and the fact that you cannot see the bubble when he is in bushes.
Its crazy hank went from the most broken brawler in the game to the worst in the span of 1 week
The change that made him the worst is no hp recovering then aiming, for me they should change that backwards, or he should be able to heal almost instantly after attack (but not then taking damage)
If them gonna buff ter That a really good buff, but i imaginem to rework her super or other buffs

I was grinding for hank mastery and then the nerf came in and physically impossible to win due to his counters
They overnerfed him and I am so mad about that. I get he was broken but they didn’t have to make him unusable

After too many big nerfs, Cordelius will be worse than Mortis when Brawl Pass' 20th season starts.
Yes, he will have super slow movement speed, 200 damage per attack, a very slow reload speed, and 3360 health.
I mean while he can be insane-lly good, I find it pretty easy to counter him, even in his super, so I hate to say it, but get good

Hank had the biggest fall I've ever seen in this game. They killed him with these balances.
Tbf he mostly was a bugged brawler(Especially in showdown) though your right him not being able to heal while charging and being visible in bushes when charging made him terrible
They gave him the buster treatment
Imagine if they gave him a rework like rather than an expanding ballon maybe a smaller expandable balloon projectile like Bibi super
@@Phoenix0684supercell sometimes kills a brawler with lots of bugs , since it takes time to fix them . Same in clash royale executioner , he had a lot of bugs so they killed him with Balance changes and fixed him after that

The per gear is only useful on Nita and Jessie, literally no one else benefits from it. The real reason for Mr.P's rise in the meta is his health buff and his ability to hard counter so many brawlers, which makes him an incredibly strong late pick

@@michaelgaller4929pet gear only increases pets' damage. Penny's cannon is mostly used for area control and it fires at a very slow rate, so pet gear doesn't do much for Penny. It only adds 300 damage like once in 15 seconds (it's rare that your cannon will actually hit someone), so it's not good

@@Gopyarathat’s not true at all lol her canon does a ton of damage and it can absolutely destroy a safe in heist. It’s definitely not only good for area control and the pet gear is essential on her rn
@@razvanradoiu Pet gear is almost useless on Penny. Also he's right, the turret is almost exclusively used for area control, it almost never hits shots. And even in Heist the other gears provide more value
Rico’s buffed gadget is seriously good, because it can melt through anyone remotely close to you, which counters tanks and more importantly assassins, which Rico struggles against. Seriously, try this one out when there is an assassin on the other team.
I really like how you mention the reason a brawler moved in the meta. Some causes of brawlers moving aren’t going to apply to every game, so it’s just nice to know.
Fun fact: Hank can pull his aiming button to the center and even though his range is still there, he won’t shoot and will still stop aiming if he lets go of the aiming button
It used to be useful when he used to heal while aiming

I wish they would allow Hank to regen HP while blowing his bubble, or give some sort of HP recovery this alone makes him very frustrating to play even in lower ranks, as you basically never heal in order to keep pressure, unlike other tanks. Or at least make his bubble charge faster?

I think they should make shelly get back to the F tier her meta is so toxic and they should fix her + I don’t think it’s fair for dyna and barley to have insane abilities to counter close range brawlers and the other throwers like grom don’t have it why ???? And why grom went from S to B the stupid health nerf didn’t do anything
@@thevornbillyou are right that they should nerf Shelly. However your other point is misinformed. Grom moved from S tier to B tier because of his damage nerf. We’ve seen in the past that a brawler doesn’t need to get a balance change to become better or worse. Take Bea for example. She was in the B tier, but then rocketed up to the S tier because other brawlers were being nerfed/buffed.
@@sammiecakie8973 I kinda ok with that actually I got grom’s title so I won’t gonna play him that much but I hate when throwers like dyna ( who was in the F ) moved to A suddenly why ? because of his buff ? I hope he will move down a tier because dyna players aren’t fun to play against in knockout from my experience pushing grom’s mastery
@@sammiecakie8973 and let me correct you something grom’s damage nerf isn’t the reason why he moved down it’s pro not the small health nerf but maybe the meta changes so he’s the worst thrower in the tier list ( but in the reality he’s not )
@@thevornbill You should remember that this is not an official tier list, and the pros who made it are humans. Just because Dyna is in the ‘A’ tier doesn’t mean he is actually picked in competitive
I think a good start to balancing cordelius (besides removing his mute gadget) is to make it so he can't charge his super in the shadow realm. He has his super way too often. Its frequency should be more like a gene pull or tara super because of how good it is.

I was already a believer of chain reaction since about when squeak entered the meta, so the fact that they buffed the star power that much in the first place is crazy
I feel deeply upset that Willow wasn't placed worse, as it unjustifies my rage in pushing her mastery.
I really like this meta i think it’s good when almost all of the brawler are in A-B tier and there are few S tiers since it means most people are viable and it’s more skill-based and tactics rather than just prepicking the same six brawlers every power league match
Tara and Mr.p don’t really benefit from the pet gear all that much, Tara rose up because if the damage buff mainly, and Mr.p thanks to the hp buff and the shift in the meta overall

The irony is that Shelly was the only brawler to get buff nothing helps but movement and who knew he became from one of or the worst brawler to the best brawler before Cordelius release and it took people like a few weeks to realise. And she's just first-pick in even non-bush maps or open maps. And thought nerf would make shelly worse. It still failed 💀
This is off topic but: We probably won't be able to see Kairos doing funny stuff until he gets a brawler, so what if you he does something else. Mabey: Play Solo for an hour, and depending on what place he gets, he eats a Chicken Nugget. 10th place-10 chicken nuggets, 1st place-1 nugget!

Kairos a new video idea could be “why speed is everything” where you can make a theory video on why the fastest brawlers are always the best. Best example of this is Shelly how she went from the second worst to the best brawler in the game just by being faster. Also a lot of top tiers are very fast
Man, I've seen Mortis being picked in competitive play some times and actually doing really great recently, I didn't really thought that even with the damage buffs he would still be F Tier and the worst brawler in the game

I think buster is decent in some hot zone gem grab and knockout maps that buff to his healing gadget is really good especially in hot zone and when people pick close range brawler

As a retired BS player, I gotta admit, seeing how much Supercell can flip the meta with updates like these is oddly satisfying. And huge props to Kairos and the pros too.

Getting new brawlers is great, but it usually sacrifices the viability of another brawler that is already in the game. For extended periods of time certain brawlers are just completely unusable. I think the devs should deliberately add game modes and maps and gears and especially Star powers and gadgets that give certain disenfranchised brawler types a crutch so that everybody’s favorite brawlers can be played. The devs already do this to a certain extent but I just hate to see how so many brawlers are completely unusable.

Im pretty shocked to see penny in the b tier, considering about a month ago she was S, as well as Maisie, who didn’t fall off too much, but regardless Cordelius basically switched up the meta by himself, only unaffected brawlers are the ones currently in the S tier (except cord of course)

i'm very sad with the fact that chester is very low on the meta right now. He's a legendary and deserves his justice. Also im pretty sure he's one of the most fun brawlers to play.

I think Hank needs a small health buff and his balloon needs to inflate faster, since it’s very hard for Hank to pressure since his health was gutted and he can’t even heal while inflating his attack anymore
