His definition of seat sharing is very wrong.Taking over a constituency turn by turn is a contractual agreement but not seat sharing.Seat sharing is the sharing of assembly seats between two alliance parties.
A leader with integrity and strong political principles will never be afraid to travel out of his state with his regionally political identity.If a leader thinks that having a national political identity only can help him travel with head held high outside our state then my friends, he is not worth to be a leader.
Talking about developmental funds, whether our state ruling party is in alliance with the central ruling government or not doesn’t matter because a state in the Indian union is entitled to its share of developmental funds by constitution.Only extra perk you get for being in the same ruling party in the state.if one is eager to prostitute himself to the ruling party for that extra perk then he is not a person of value.

No doubt other political parties will fight up to their strength, but I think the main contest will be a fierce play between BJP & NDPP in coming general elections. The alliance is already hanging by a thin thread but Naga politicians are expert in creating a masterstroke out of the blue. Can't wait to see which party will hit the home run and lift the trophy.
