I am so grateful that I thought of listening to Louis Ei this morning and to remind me that I used to practice gratefulness and I love it, but I kind of left it away for a while. I was complaining and complaining and complaining since three weeks and it why is nothing is changing and I change my attitude last Monday and I realize I said I know how to do this. Let’s shake it up and do it bad thought would bombard my brain. I said no you go away. You don’t belong there. I have better stuff to do. My day went so well yesterday was the same thing I did it again, I would be myself a lot of time today how grateful I am and I feel it’s not the same thing or grateful quickly and ignoring but now I’m very feel it down my heart. I wake up in a better mood. I’ve been sleeping much better so I’m very grateful that I was reminded that gratefulness is an action and you have to feel it, that’s how I feel today😊
