Remember Black Frieza is a LOT more powerful than Jiren, who, in turn is more powerful than any of the gods of destruction, so, he'd actually defeat Beerus pretty easily.
Jiren is more powerful than Belmod and other Hakaishins but that doesn't mean he is stronger than Beerus who is the strongest God of Destruction. Beerus true power is probably around Black Frieza as well, that's insane but that is probably the case lol.
