It’s also full time the court system stop being bias and deal with the child support system on a level playing field .... because there are females out there who chose not to help maintain their children , because according them , taking care of and maintaining children is the job of fathers only...... this system needs a complete make over

Jamaican needs to first address the need of birth control.
Then coupling to be in marriage. If not marriage coupling, then prevention skills
If the child and children came into light, then the proper channel is needed to take place, such as DNA testing, paternity and maternity
When the family Court stepped in a mandatory DNA testing is required, especially when birth is taking place and before paternity name is put on the child's birth certificate
If Jamaicans values material things, how are they going to be responsible for rearing and providing for the child and or children disputed charges in Court.
Let it be mandatory mandated act to have DNA testing done.
Plus practice on using birth controls and staying abstinence and stop sleeping around. What about STDs and HIV testing?

Jamaica is playing if that person don't pay child support in the usa consequences drivers license revoke prison sentence , that's these Jamaican man can't play in the usa they know what time it is but in Jamaica they do what they want .
