Many think all Pac's legal problems from the pre-Death Row era just went away once Suge bailed him out, Pac may have been free but he was still dealing with the consequences from all those past lawsuits and problems even while he was on Death Row.
I wouldn't put much in Pac's name either if he was just out on an appeal bond fighting different criminal and civil cases.

Death Row artists who had not sold one album were living like multi- platinum artists who had sold millions of albums.
