I didn't add preservation. As long as you put in fridge/chiller you are good

You didnt pasturise this milk, if not preserved, the lactic acid bacteria will compete with spoilage bacteria when u dont pasteurise well
Pasteurizing milk require heating milk to 145°F which I have another video that shows how to do that. This is another quick method to make yogurt
