If I ever asked how to pronounce his name and he responded that way I’d just say “this is (insert remotely close name that’s still way wrong, such as Robbie Karl)”
What a gentleman. He is so gracious when his name is pronounced. He doesn't want the person to feel bad if they mispronounce it, so he always says that it is right, even if he knows it isn't. What other performer does that? I love how the accompanist is glowing as they perform together. She realizes that this is very special moment.
