I've been watching this video for approximately 20 years. Never gets old.
My fingers hurt watching him plays this..
The love and passion he has for his wife is astounding. I swear he should make an album of songs revolving around/strictly dedicated to love making. He takes these human emotions and puts them into music & lyrics and it's just...incredible. Dave is pure talent and (in my opinion) a master at sensuality! Plus- he is still so handsome!
So I'm a musician and had to learn this song for a wedding. I wasn't a big DMB fan. But....after listening to this....I was/am blown away by his lyrics and passion. This one of the quintessential love songs . He's like in a dream like state talking about the girl by his side. Hell of a writer.

Boutwell's Air Masters he’s my #1 idol. I saw him once in Tampa Fl. And I would like to see him more in his concert tour
and no one talks about it or runs tutorials on it which to me is testament to its uniqueness. I play guitar and it took me years to understand it. He hand strength is amazing...I still can't play his stuff.
Whenever he ends a song acoustically sometimes he'll make a face as if to say "was that alright?" What a humble man

It's absolutely amazing how in the little bridge/breakdown part he can just fill the void that is usually other instruments with just his voice. It's a talent that few can really hit right on the head. Kudos to you Dave.

This is his best song solo; and his best song or top 3 with the band. Leroi's counter melody is fucking genius. I wonder what this type of solo acoustic performance would sound like with a melancholic type of violin playing leroi's counter melody. Similar to the sound of the violins in the "the stone". Chills; goosebumps every time.

Taylor's are too trebly. Martin's are more rich and deep sounding. Besides they will more valuable if you keep them for a long time.
He doesn't play either anymore. Switched to Rockbridge around 2011 or 12. Terribly expensive but handmade to buyers exact specifications.
