This is a really good and firm to sit on. I have back pains and changing our sofa to this has made a difference. Your bum doesn't sink into the cushion like other previous sofa. I find it comfortable to even sleep on it or cozy movie nights..

@@lientran2077 it's still good. It's been about 6 months and it's still very comfortable. It's pretty stiff when you first get it, but once you break it in it's very nice. So far the fabric is pilling a bit, and that's my only complaint.
So I bought the ciello 4 wide with two ottomans, I wanted so much to like it but I will be returning it. The flexibility on configuration is brilliant, the quality of the frames and locking mechanism is very solid but the cushions look pretty terrible. If I was limited to this style of modular sofa to get into an apartment or room I may be willing to deal with the compromises, but for a living room couch it looks pretty bad. The ottoman cushions are fixed to the base with velcro which is fine but it looks pretty much like an uneven oversized throw pillow on top of a cloth covered box of roughly the same size and the cushion comes off any time you try to move it. The cushions for the sofa itself are not really fixed in place and have the same lumpy wrinkled look, we gave it a few days to see if it would settle out but it actually started to look a bit worse. Overall the package cost us CDN $3300, there are just too many options in this price range that are of decent quality and will look far better. I'll likely follow up with the return process, if its as easy as they say it is it may be worth your while to give it a shot
Another good vid, thanks for making. The only comparable in the UK right now would be IKEA but that requires more complex assembly and making sure you dont lose screws etc when you move. I love how easy getting a large sofa in an upstairs environment will be when this really takes off.

The only thing that Im worried about is that since I got the sofa in ivory, i have to be extremely careful all the time not to accidentally spill anything onto it. Also, dark-coloured lints (whenever you’re wearing something that leaves lint) are more obvious, but I don’t think it’s Cozey’s fault. It is something that is inevitable and could happen to any light-coloured couch! Lastly, they do have exceptional customer service. One time I made the mistake of wearing a new dark-coloured clothing (made of fabric that transfers colour) while sleeping on my couch. I realized immediately that it left a subtle stain on it. I immediately emailed Cozey and they offered new seat cover replacements free of charge.
Also I would like to mention that I recently got a kitten who likes to scratch everywhere including the couch. I am impressed that it hasn’t been ruined so far lol. I guess it’s because it’s made of fabric which is kinda pet-friendly.

I have a rather odd question, regarding the configuration...would it be possible to arrange a 2 seater sofa such that 1 seat is facing forward and another is facing backward? would the connection points and latches line up? With this configuration I could have 1 seat set up as a reading nook that doesn't face the TV

@@sarakim4400 Eventually figured it out. Doing one side at a time, we had to jiggle it back and forth while pulling and that got it free.
never had issues with dismantling it, probably just needed a good pull !
