How to program BIOS chip

Quite a number of computer hitches, especially with HP PCs, are due to corrupted BIOS. A simple BIOS firmware rewrite or, in the worst-case scenario, BIOS chip replacement will do the trick.
Note: BIOS chip replacement is necessary if the BIOS chip itself is faulty. Yes, it can go bad, but the particular PC BIOS firmware must be written for it to work.
