Just picked up GTA V today and was so shocked to hear this song on the radio, it's pretty cool hearing a band from your hometown get one of their songs on such a popular game. Going to see Ceremony on the 29th too!
First song I played after I found out my dog didn't have cancer, wanted to bump some hype music in the car and my brain defaulted to this album. Just realized that later on today. Thanks for the music guys
@@Green_Broccoli dude you know he knows right? This is pretty much a joke saying it kinda sounds like Australia or it would sound sound like the same beat with Australia
Yeah, and I mean, pretty much everything in music has been done before. It's not like their previous stuff (which I think is some of the greatest shit I've heard) was 'original', it's all been done before.
who the fuck says this sounds like greenday? and no tard we're not hipsters. just stating the obvious. and before you call me a hipster no I'm not. I listen to all the mainstream shit.
I sometimes listen to this song 4 or 5 times in a row, it resonates with me. I've watched this band change again and again, its not really for you to decide what they should be doing. As they age, it seems like their distaste for everything gets stronger.
Like most I too got put on to this song by vinewood radio in gtaV back in 2019 which is crazy for I wouldn't end up listening to thier project Zoo till way later and I just found its been 10 years since they released "Zoo" which it was pretty decent
I don't understand why people would think this band has gone in the wrong direction. Ceremony rules. Punk is about what you have to say, and I'm confident Ross is going to have a lot to say on this album. My personal opinion of the music: this is fucking fresh and I like it. Inb4 anything.

'Grand Theft Auto V' soundtrack has been leaked, and oh boy, am I not disappointed with the leak! Now I also cannot wait to drive around 'Los Santos' while drunk and under the influence of alcohol, and listening to the rad taste of music Rockstar shares with their fanbase and the community!
I think what people are getting at is it's such a stark change from all their previous work. I agree that Ceremony kept things fresh but it's understandable to see why people wouldn't like their latest album. I couldn't listen to an album of this.
i'm glad they have this sound despite me liking their older stuff more. i'd rather listen to a great sounding band that doesn't give a fuck what i think in honesty
I think it's good, and I've been a Ceremony fan for years. Sounds like 80's brit punk to me. These knuckledragger hardcore kids just can't hang with progression I guess.
I like it, it sounds a bit like 80's brit with a little mix of some 90's sounds. Sorta feels like a more hardcore Greenday song (circa Dookie, their new shit is terrible.) Really digging it.
Yea I guess you're right. It's a bit of a stretch to straight up label them as powerviolence, but you could hear a powerviolence influence on albums such as Violence Violence, no? "Cross Them Out" comes to mind. Maybe that's just me. Point being, you hear a lot of bands doing Infest (whether or not Ceremony was, is arguable, clearly) and I welcome the change of pace some bands are putting forward.
Ceremony makes what they like and I love that about them. On Rohnert Park they didn't even expect many kids to like it. I like this, but I'm into the Brit Rock sound.

I admit that Vinewood Boulevard Radio from GTA V brought me here, but I am sure glad it did. Introduced me to a great band.
this reminds me of old hardcore punk

Well there stuff is even more old school hardcore than this so
This is more of that wave of punk that exploded in like 2013 kinda
The whole Rohnert Park LP and Violence Violence sounds more hardcore than Zoo and L Shaped Man. This is more post punk, Fugazi ish.
