I was looking for a comparison between the two editions. Great timing for uploading this video.
As soon as they come out I compare them and I do this on every new model 👍
Look the same..
Such a huge improvement with the redesigned front end. Hyundai would have sold a lot more with this generation if they're done this to begin with vs. that fish face that it had initially. I think it's the best looking mid size sedan in the market how. Much nicer than the Accord.
I agree Jeff they did a great good compared to Honda and Toyota plus giving different options in performance.
yes i know...if they have this redesign in 2023, i may want to purchase this hybrid car.
@@wulongchai Exactly. I ended up getting a Subaru Legacy in 2021 because even though it was kind of plain it didn't have a fish mouth. lol
Great review, but my understanding is the hybrid version won't be available in Canada, despite the fact it was available here in a previous generation Sonata. We're always getting the short end of the stick up here.
@@danielhartin7680 thanks for your insight
Just got a SEL Hybrid (lower trim than the Limited) in Transmission Blue color last month. Really love it, though they could have done a better job with sound insulation.
I agree the exterior sound comes in a lot, great vehicle but you can add dynamat installation it will help a lot and congratulations
Amazing Review! covered all the features ! but i just want to ask if the Hybrid limted have the self parking feature i couldn't find any info about that one .
Yes it does 👍
Would the Tucson have softer suspension than the Sonata? Trying to decide between the two and that's probably my main criteria. So far I've only driven the Tucson.
The Sonata Hybrid is a little more smoother but not a huge difference unless you drive them side by side
Thanks for the video. How tall are you? How's the headroom like when you sit in a limited trim with a sunroof? Are you very close to the ceiling?
Yes it is tight, I’m 6’3
@@HawkeyeRides Thanks
I have one question. Does Sonata hybrid Sel has 360 degree camera feature? or it is on limited trim only?
Only on the hybrid limited
Mines do
wish they lower hybrid limited price. 40k including transfer fee is too much for a sedan. If they want to have more sale compares to Camry, they better have better lower price since brand is not as reliable as Toyota.
But the price of this is at least 3-7k less than Toyota, compared to Honda even more and only time will tell for reliability.
@@HawkeyeRides i think XSE Camry is most expensive one? price is still lower than sonata hybrid limited tho excluding mark up.
Yes Toyota is more money and less features that’s why these are such a good deal mixed with a 5 year warranty that no one else does. I like Toyota but Hyundai is bring the competition.
@@wulongchaiI looked at both Toyota and Honda and this car to me blows those away those two manufacturers that are interior is like something from 20 years ago.. I got the Limited hybrid and I'm really impressed this is my third Hyundai and I have nothing but good things to say I have not had any problems
I have serious issues with my used 2016 and am kind of concerned I’ll be in the same predicament in 8 years. Any thoughts on the reliability of this one ?
