Meredians are documented as 4. 90,180,270,360 while axis are from 1to 180

For +9.00 use the formula the answer will be 10.25
For +6.00 use the formula the answer will be 19.00
so the final CL prescription power is:
+10.25/ (10.25 subtract 19.00 = 8.75) +8.75 X 90
