  • Here's another video with information on how you can easily change your Blythe doll's pull strings. I now have the perfect sized pull string cord in my shop in a variety of colors. I also have finished, beaded strings that are ready to use. This video will show you how to use them easily.

    I braided 3 pieces of crochet yarn and used it as pull strings for my doll, it lasts way longer than normal thread. It doesn’t wear out, you just have to tie it extremely tightly so it doesn’t come off when you pull on it.

    Hi great video, I switched my spring out for a second pull string however now the lids don't really stay up when eyes are open like they start to if they are slightly touched. Not sure what I did wrong any suggestions on what could be the issue.

      Try adding weight to the string with some glass beads.
