We were there during the invasion. Great day's. Dad did three years there. Mum and I went back to UK, and went back after the war. Loved Cyprus, the island, the food, fantastic memories.

We had our children late in life, big risk of Downs, 1st no problem but our 2nd the numbers added up to a risk of Downs. We decided to have two cos we figured we weren’t going to be around a long time n would leave this earth early on in their Adult life but when we were told about the Downs a termination was an easy decision to make. 15yrs on, we have two wonderful n healthy sons but I would have hesitated at a termination as it was our choice to make them n not theirs. Jim, I don't think you can compare the Nazi acts of murder, to a mother/father deciding to terminate an unborn child, it's a decision I have never had to take, but would respect the choice of the parent either way. It is NOT murder of a living walking person.

I know several people who have been prescribed anti-depressant/anxiety meds (obv myself included).. but once they feel better they've stopped taking the meds and very very gradually end up back where they were. However, if someone has been placed on anti-psychotics (different ball game!) in the first place.. this is probably not an area to experiment in. For ref, I also have a mate who has to have a jab for psychosis.. you can tell roughly 1wk when he'd due..
