  • Tierrasanta Elementary is a great example of a complete sorting station including share table, milk measurement, carton recycling, salad bar leftovers for composting in your school garden, meat & dairy bin for diverting from landfill through our trash hauler, landfill, and tray recycling. Even if your school doesn’t share food yet, gathering data on unopened food is invaluable. Does your school want their own tutorial?
