This one was titled “Getting Married?” You and Brian seem to be very happy with each other and definitely enjoy each other; having fun and laughing together are very important in any type of relationship. Really enjoy watching you fish. Super jealous of how much you get to fish. I only get to salt water fish once a year. I do some fresh water fishing on the Guadalupe River in Texas. But if I did it over again, would take the time and simpily enjoy life and each other without the added social/family/marriage pressures to "conform"

You guys are great. I'm from Sydney Oz, and have a boat myself which is why I watch your vids. I have an American partner from Phoenix which is from a five year relationship so far. We love each other very much and are not married too. Like you we share the same ideology about modern life. Friendly tip. When using the electric trolling motor, keep the outboard down and straight. Keeps the stern from drifting, and maybe saving transducers.

Hey guys a few years ago I had the pleasure of pulling a treble hook out of a friends hand. After that I saw Sebile fishing on TV and they had taken the trebles off and installed circle hooks. I did that and love it! You install the rear hook only facing rear and you can pull those lures across logs and stuff and they don't get snagged. Best part is you are much safer.

The fish jumping out of the well onto the boat while you were discussing marriage may have been "a sign". The fish was like, "make up your mind, at some point you have to make a choice" :) :) :) Besides that, cool fishing video.

That bait you couldn't identify is a white hearing I believe. In NJ we catch em at the spillwall where salt and fresh water meet. Very hard to keep fresh and alive, but when you do Brown Trout love em. And I love brown trout.

We catch them in Missouri all of the time- Big Shad. They are in all the rivers and we catch huge cats with them. Not to mention Wipers. Good bait.
fun day!! Been cold here in Memphis TN and I don't do cold very well since I left South Florida back in the middle 90's when I started dating my much older woman. Took 20 years to finally get married. Now I am 49 be 50 this year and she will be 67. I did good for myself but would not recommend it for a young dude to do the same for reasons I won't get into!!lol!! Yall are doing fine and don't even worry about it. Catch them Bass!! Around here the Bass have moved into deeper water away from the bank about 20 yards or so. I have been using small or bitsy pig and jigs. It's like a crawfish and Bass like crawfish like we like potato chips. Don't have to be hungry to hit them. Them "Yum" 4-5" plastic worms really work as well. I have issues with trees and stuff in these lakes so I hardly ever use crank baits unless they are floaters. This cold weather keeps up I am moving south!!

Hey guys, here's a free fishing tip for you. I used to fish with one of the best Miami peacock guides in the Miami canals and he used to use this strategy. On lighter line, use a #5, #7, or #9 floating Rapala in a "match the hatch" size and color. Remove the split ring and connect line to lure with a loop knot for maximum movement. Slow troll the lure behind the boat as you go through many of those small bridges you pass as you go from spot to spot.Try to get the lure close to the bridge pilings. I'm sure you know that many fish, peacocks, largies, and..., use those bridge pilings as cover, especially during cooler weather and sometimes during the warm weather as the fish use the bridges for cover from the sun. Also, try to catch the smaller Rapalas on sale and stock up because you'll probably lose a few. You can keep one or two rods rigged up with the Rapalas to be ready for all the bridges. Anyway, continued success to you guys.

I can’t say you should or shouldn’t get married it’s up to both of you to decide how you live your lives. We’re only here a short time on this earth so enjoy every day and if you can do it together fishing, even better!
