- Faith No More interview on MTV 120 Minutes with Matt Pinfield (1997.07.06)
If you are an avid 120 Minutes fan and a trader/collector of actual episodes of the show, do please drop me a line. Although I have a fair number of shows, I am always looking for more in order to archive as many as possible, if you are willing to share, trade, or sell, please contact me.
If you recorded the show on VHS and still have your original video tapes but don’t have the capability of transferring to dvd and/or digital, I’d be more than happy to transfer them for you and send your original VHS back to you along with dvd and/or digital files.
Mike in a good mood surprisingly lol. He had enough of being in FNM during the Album Of The Year era
After the break up he was always very adamant about never returning to FNM when questioned about it. I was surprised he rejoined the band in '09.
I think over the years, he probably gradually realized that he had actually kind of enjoyed being in FNM, and he missed the guys.
@@flannerymonaghan-morris4825 Apparently they were reconnected at Roddy's wedding just before re-forming, it was like family again after decades.
Love this band!! And I could look at Mike all day long!! Great post!! 👻😁👍
...and all night for sure! ❤❤❤
Gawd, i Love this Band..🔥
whoa I'm a big FNM fan and have never seen this video before! thanks for the upload!
I've had this recorded on VHS for decades, have been meaning to put it on YT but it seems you have saved me the trouble good sir.
Mike looking gorgeous here, his best period 😊
COLLISON!!!!!
I remember reading years ago that Jon wrote Collision and Stripsearch
"red day" hahahaha
I like how they all sniggered a bit when Pinfield read out the Primus song title.
What a wonderful time for music. Those top 10 albums gave me chills.
They seem happy here...maybe because they knew they would soon be breaking up.
I doubt it. They simply had good days and bad days like all bands. Plus they're on camera being interviewed.
They broke up so they could wait long enough and work for themselves
Ha! Red Day
I have full show on VHS even posted few days before you on mine Twitter account , it's kinda weird that you posted after I posted I didn't on YT for reason
4:38 what's this 80s commercial has to do with anything lol and what's this music it sounds oddly familiar
It looks like the commercial break is edited out, but you can still see the beginning of a promo for the show Daria with the theme music, and the end of an 80s cd compilation that could be ordered over the phone.
@@LampwicksCigarI see this I'm wondering what's this 80s tune
@@mymasteriwanttoserveyouand9903 The only music I hear at that timestamp is the Daria theme song
Por que se separó la banda??
Mike was tired of the band
ya estaban cansados, no hubo pelas ni nada por el estilo, cada uno tuvo tiempo de dedicarse a diferentes proyectos
Much simpler easygoing times
EW. Sugar Ray on 120 Minutes?? LOL
same thought immediately. like you’ve got billy and mike there, only to turn around and shove sugar ray in my face? 😂
SUGAR GAY!
The top 10 alternative radio chart was cringe as fuck
Yeah, only like 3 good songs but still better than modern rock today 😅
Took the words out of my mouth! Alternative music in general was shit at this point!
Yup it makes sense tho after 1995 tons of bad alternative rock started coming out like crazy
Man, the late 90s early 2000s were awful for pop music. Same thing now. Blur, Foo Fighters, Sugar Ray 🤢
Cmon compared to pop today sugar ray and blur would be a breath of fresh air. And the creator of Blur is the same creator of Gorillaz. Don't tell me you hate Gorillaz now!?
