പെങ്ങളെ, തീട്ടം കോരേണ്ടി വരിക എന്നതൊരു മോശപ്പെട്ട പണിയല്ല.
കിടക്കയിൽ നിന്നും എഴുന്നേൽക്കാൻ സാധിക്കാത്ത രോഗി കിടക്കയിൽ തന്നെ കാര്യം സാധിച്ചാൽ അതു ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ വാരേണ്ടി വരിക ആ രോഗിയെ നോക്കുന്ന നേഴ്‌സ് തന്നെയാണ്.
അതിൽ ഒരു കുറവ് വിചാരിക്കുന്ന നേഴ്‌സ്മാർ നേഴ്സിംഗ് ജോലിക്ക് കൊള്ളാവുന്നവരെ അല്ല. അവർ 4 ചക്രം ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി മാത്രം ഈ പണിക്ക് ഇറങ്ങിയതാണ്. തൊഴിലിനോട് യാതൊരു ആത്മാർത്ഥയും ഈ കൂട്ടർക്കു ഇല്ല.
@salessales6287 nurses നു ആർക്കും തന്നെ അതൊരു മോശം കാര്യം ആയി തോന്നില്ല പക്ഷെ അത് മാത്രം പറഞ്ഞു nurses നെ തരം താത്തുന്ന ആൾക്കാർ ഉണ്ട്. ആർക്കും അതിന്റെ importance മനസിലാവില്ല അത് അവരൊക്കെ face ചെയ്യുന്നത് വരെ.
