I notice that lots of houses for sale have so many lights in the ceiling which I think is not necessary and thus consumes a lot of electricity. It may be appealing to the eye at night but still, bills will increase. 😟it could have been nicer to show this house in the morning so we could see the neighbors

Mas maganda sana kasabay ng pag feature ng model house, mapakita rin yung actual na bare house. Kasi for sure hindi ganyan ang itsura ng 3.9M. For people na hindi makapunta ng actual tripping, at least makikita nila yung actual property.

In davao city, that house will get priced by brokers at 100 million pesos fully furnished. The queen size bed alone are normally priced from 100k. Ridiculous. Mga fanatico ni robert kiyosaki.

Exterior finish is already included. Interior nalang. I dont have estimate as it depends on your preference
So the 3.9M is not a semi-furnished house.
