If you are referring to Selena that is just straight nonsense. That woman was not jealous of those kids and most of the things on Bring It were scripted so you can't really say Selena is who she was presented as on the show.
Jj said his sister invited Selena to a party. Now if my brother's ex wife was such a horrible mother to my nieces and nephew and was running the streets there is no way I'm inviting them to any of my gatherings and still apparently being friendly with them.
I don't get this. They claim Selena and Gucci have always been at odds but JJ said she was at his sister's house and Gucci and Selena were dancing together. Idk at this point im starting to feel like they doing all of this for show.

1 So Gucci was hating on the baby shower the entire time and JJ was co-signing
2. So Gucci admitted she didn’t and wasn’t going to help with the event even though she claimed she helped to raise the girls.
3. The twin didn’t even inform JJ of the pregnancy so there was clearly a disconnect between him and his daughters.
4. Salena was consistently advocating for her daughters and did not give off a mean girl or nasty disposition while on the show for over 5 years or so; I’m more inclined to believe her and her daughters.
5. JJ admitted the 2 women have been in a good place and even danced together at his sisters party, hence the reason Salena was taken aback by so Gucci’s demeanor at the events. I would want to know what’s up too.
6. It is So Gucci’s daughter who was traumatized by her mother abandoning her, Salenas girls have not shared that same sentiment about their mother. In fact, there is evidence all over social media(CZcams/TicToc) that she is a very present mother. Her girls are well rounded and respectful. That says a lot about the co-parenting; it was effective
7. So Gucci didn’t waste any time talking about her friends business when there was a disagreement. That says a lot about her character.
8. JJ and So Gucci brought the girls onto this show and spoke on Salena. Cliff and JJ also had Salenas name all in their mouth. I don’t believe she was pressed to be on the show as she has millions of people following her on social media; she has a platform and has not used it to get attention in regards to what’s occurred. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
I don’t think she’s clout chasing at all, if anything, JJ, So Gucci Cliff and Latrease were.

Selena wasn’t absent by choice. She had a stroke and related difficulties thereafter. Also, I never thought they were together on Bring It. They always came across as two well-adjusted coparents. They got along easily w/each other which was a bonus for those girls. Further, the show may be edited, but the time outside the show isn’t. There were always sightings of Selena and her girls together. They’ve had CZcams channels for years vlogging their lives. She’s always been an active mom. Further, as nasty as Bring It got at times, that would’ve been all over social media if Selena wasn’t a present mom. EVERY LAST DETAIL of those girls’ and their moms’ lives got aired out all over social media (Tamia, Rittany & Chrystianna & her real mom, MiMi & Camryn & MiMi’s divorce…you name it!). If this were true, it would’ve been blasted everywhere years ago.

Never heard the girls or Selena say anything negative about her even when she was just daddy's gf/ wife. JJ mentioned that Selena was a great wife and that he waited for her, but he did not mention her hardships. Maybe he tries to make her look bad because of rejection and/or to appease his wife. Not saying either is better than the other. TBH they seemed to be doing great before they started airing dirty laundry. Her neglecting her children to be there for his, was indicative of low self-esteem which she's displayed other times as well. I thought So G. was pretty interesting till they started this mess.

So apparently like Gucci has been being passive aggressive. JJ even admitted in that clip that some things may have happened to his ex-wife unbeknownst to him, that cause her to act like she did. That means he doesn't think Selena is that fighting person like that, some things over the years might have provoked her

You on point...I believe that the true reason why Sogucci can't stand Selena is because she knows that the love that JJ had for Selena is stronger than the way he loves Sogucci...the side-chick that the man cheated with is always mad about the woman that came first... And she mad because JJ will always love Selena... I believe Selena loves JJ still, but I don't believe Selena is interested in JJ sexually or romantically at all, but she just miss his friendship maybe, but I don't think she wants him at all for anything other than a super cordial relationship, based on how Selena was acting towards JJ on bring it... But notice JJ still had that look in his eye towards Selena sometimes while taping bring it.
There is some truth to what So Gucci is saying, because if we flashback to last season and the girls convos about colorism, So Gucci's daughter talked about "bath time" and them sharing combs. That always perplexed me as to how long she and JJ were together and doing this blended family thing considering they haven't been married that long.

For everyone yelling about the girls were with JJ….they might’ve been at one point but I don’t see that energy now. One daughter got married and didn’t tell JJ or invite them to the ceremony. I think there has been a huge breakdown recently.
I don't watch Belle Collective. But I did watch Bring It. And if Selena let JJ have the girls because he's the better parent. What's wrong with that? Not all women are the same when it comes to parenting. He is their father. Maybe Selena is better at providing for them than being a full time parent. Being one is harder really.

Kids aren’t stupid. She swore she was there for those kids and she probably did cater to them - but she admitted herself that she neglected her own kid for a man, so Sunjai, Star, and Skye knew her motives towards them were not pure. I side with Sunjai on that one, cause if her mama wasn’t any good she would have said that I believe. Even if Sogucci did all of that stuff she did it for JJ, not for them. She low key tried to make their mama look bad, but she made herself look worse. It’s one thing to go through a rough patch and not be able to be there for your kids like you need to, but when you’re present for another set of kids but not your own? Nah….

The Reality Show 'Bring It' on Lifetime never focused on the family dynamics at all, it was about dance. The reality show only said JJ and Selena was divorced and never told us who had custody. I saw JJ as an active father in his daughters lives and his relationship with Selena appeared great on film. One episode did speak about Selena's medical condition (seizure).
Yeah I remember the show and Selena and she loved being filmed I felt and she appeared super active with the girls. I'm almost sad they spilling all this tea and switching up
Actually there was one episode where it was discussed that the girls stayed with JJ. He said "gosh darnit those are his girls." Basically, the school district was better in Clinton than in Jackson. Also, remember Selena was having seizures and recovering from a stroke.

Bring It did not portray that Selena and JJ were together. I also heard the issue with Bring It for So Gucci was that her daughter tried out to be on the show and wasn’t picked. How can So Gucci say she tried to be cordial to Selena but then chooses not to speak to her? Isn’t speaking a part of being cordial?

JJ has says some really derogatory things to say about Selena and all she spoke on was not being spoken to and she's everything bad. JJ is supporting his wife and I believe everything he said. Marie even said Latrice caused conflict with her in seasons 1 and 2 to deflect from being transparent about her marriage and she was absolutely right. As we see on this season with how Cliff has treated Latrice so far. As soon as that M Bar scene happened, Latrice stopped filming with her best friend and started throwing shade about Gucci’s marriage. Then she starts filming with Selena. Marie gives her zero attention this season so she had to find another target.
So...my thing is JJ is a peaceful person, right. He did not call any of the ladies in his life liars...he stuck to what he did. Nowhere in that convo did he say he and his wife did any thing...he also didnt say my exwife did nothing...he stuck to himself, so he could go home to his wife...and he obviously still cares how Selena feels because he did not throw her under the bus...nor did he discount what his daughter had to say...JJ was playing a hell of a game of dodgeball.

I didn’t think Selena and JJ were married during Bring It JJ and Selena were parents. The show was about the kids not these silly adults. When couples separate they share custody Dad have a life and Mom have a life. So all things can be true at the same time. It’s very well possible she helped when JJ had his girls. Just because kids are at dads doesn’t mean the kids are abandoned by mom.

SoGucci started that. SoGucci said it herself that she sometimes she won't even speak to Selena. It was just rude for Shante/SoGucci/Sophia to walk up and speak to Tambra and not say anything. That was very rude. I do believe there's some jealously there.

JJ and Gucci started the season off saying things (what JJ said in the audio) about Selena… I was irritated when the episode about Star being pregnant and married aired. Like this is not going to go in a good direction… Gucci even said that Selena told the girls about Gucci talking about her. I think it was brewing behind the scenes and came completely public with this show. The girls are grown now… you’re not about to play my Mom, idc what the issue is. I’ll talk with my Mom behind closed doors but I definitely believe it’s been a mess. I believe everyone is telling the truth, their truths.

I never saw JJ and Selena as being together, in fact Selena never said anything about them being together, JJ was always flirting with Selena, but they just seemed like they ended their relationship/marriage and were on good terms.

I think the issue is everyone has a different view of how they’re relationships were . So Gucci probably believes whatever Jay Jay told her. Jay jays kids probably felt Sogucci was being fake even though she was doing all the things she said was. She just probably wasn’t doing it to the extent she thought. Selena was probably there but due to whatever issues and/or illness couldnt be there 100%. Those men on the show seem very traditional and “ what I say is goes and is always right. Who knows how that played a factor. Also, didn’t the moms on bring it set Selena up on a blind date?
Selena had a major health scare back then, I do believe that had alot to do with her absence back then..

I was a fan of Bring it and they never made it seem Salena or JJ was married in same household. On the first season it came out that JJ and Salena was separated but co parent. I do not believe Salena was deadbeat mom b/c on bring it it came out them girls been dancing on the team in they early teens. I believe Sunjai was on team like 3 or 4 years before Bring it came out and Mrs D and Salena had a toxic relationship so if Salena was a deadbeat mom and not there for Sunjai and the twins it would of came out by the moms on the show or Mrs D. Remember Salena was beefing with Mimi and Tina the most. They never made it seem Salena was deadbeat mom. I think Sogucci neglected her daughter b/c she thought she was going get famous off the girls and Salena on the bring it show when it was on the air. You wanted to attached to the girls b/c they was popular on show and they was becoming famous so you was looking for opportunity. But I think it’s some truth in JJ still have feelings for Salena for awhile and I think JJ play a part on why Salena and so Gucci do not get alone. But at the end of the day Salena was never a deadbeat mom. I believe sogucci you didn’t like how JJ and Salena co parent with the kids and grandkids maybe b/c JJ and Salena have history. Both of them have them kids young and got married young

The girls did live with Selena but Selena had a stroke I think the girls was either juniors or sophomores in highschool but they were always going back n forth to her house it was televised but after Selena other caregiver died and her stroke them girls went n stayed with JJ fulltime that doesn't mean she wasn't involved in their lives n so Gucci is aware of that and if you're with their father during this time of course you take over that rolled because they are in his care him n his ex wife Selena had a agreement they've always been Kool spouses don't understand why so Gucci so bothered
