Why PRESIDENT OF PAKISTAN has kept away from playing any constructive role in the fresh appointment [not elevation] of a judge in Supreme Court of Pakistan. In the senerio in hand the PRESIDENT OF PAKISTAN can play any Role i.e. holding the matter? Does a judge is above any law? If yes, does it is not discriminatory?
From their comments, observations and decisions it is clear that at least 95% judges of the superior judiciary are compromised judges and do not deserve any respect. The lower judiciary is some contraption that is anything but judiciary (speaking from personal experience after family litigating three open and shut cases for 30 years and still going because they refuse to pay enormous sums that are demanded even beyond my capacity. Only Judiciary in the world perhaps, where a junior judge overturns the decision of higher judiciary or grants stay on it which is totally and absolutely illegal but no one in the superior judiciary cares. Our judiciary is wrongly placed at no 148 globally, it should be last and below if there was any place below that perhaps in Minus.
