Tuned my setup yesterday for the first time with your approach. It's probably not perfect because it was in a piece full of music instruments vibrating around me 😅 But I enjoued the experience anyway and I'm eager to hear the result on my gig tomorrow! Maximal volume seems to be lower before saturation, but it is a LOT less aggressive in the mids and bass is tighter. I teach for living and let me thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge 🙌

Gig went great! Just adjusted tops a bit, raise sub volume, that were already sounding great, almost giving me the idea to buy a second pair XD .... Have to study a bit more about daisy chaining though...

Very interesting approach, i'm pretty much a newbie at this although i had my Alto mixer and Yorkville tops and sub for decades. I'll admit i never thought as using my dual EQ this way as separate control units for the tops and sub. I got to try this, if i can figure out how to reconnect everything... Thank's for sharing this video sir 🙂

I bought the tower of power from blastking . It a beast I had to upgrade my 18 inch to b&c the speaker it came with can’t take all of the amps . The amp puts out 1200 full power I went and got a 1500 rms speaker to take it . And it’s more beefy bass and do not clip or smell burn like the one it came with.
These will compete with any high end speaker on the market . They are built like war tanks. They will surely compete with JBL and Ev and all the high end blastking knows what power is.

Just remember your tweeters and subs are designed to work between certain frequencies with a power threshold.. Exceed it and your replacing new drivers.

Go buy a behringer, from Thomass it will be cheaper and better..... they also offer an honest quality service, not sell you junk for you hard earned cash.....
Follow the comments in the alto 18" alledged subwoofer where the guy asks what to do about the awfull sound, then robbing, sorry robin replies by saying he answered his question in a q&a video..... (and gives the link, 3rd? question in he tells the guy to turn his subwoofer to the wall, not even realising what kind of delayed reflected sounds he will get and the many null points that will be created in the room...... robbing, sorry robin 😅 sold him a pair of 18inch subwoofers for a 10 foor wide room by 20 foot room, yet he comments that 10 by 20 could be any size..... yerrr we all have 10 meter by 20 meter or miles or killometer rooms or is it inches or centimeters?...... obviously it was feet, but these salesmen are very slimey at getting out of statements they made, so this lad paid him for 2 18" subs for a bedroom..... he saw 18" and was sold a dream, in reality the product cant even go down to 100hz in the demo video........... just a complete rip off, but in all fairness, the lad should have done some research atleast looked at comments of the product.... he didnt, he took robbing, sorry robin for his word that it would be fine.....
It very audibley wasn't and he is now complaining about the bismal product he was sold, and the promise that was given, so the lad gets called out in a q&a video..... told to turn his speakers to the wall 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅👍🏻
This kind of abuse to someone who very clearly was ignorant and trusted the word of this salesman just makes me sick inside, but they do say that a fool and his money are eaisily parted........ and when theres wolves or unscrupulous characters like this to pray on the vaunerable, then people will continue to be ripped whilst this shop continues to trade......
PLEASE, PLEASE, DO RESEARCH ON ANY PRODUCT YOU PLAN TO BUY THAT COSTS ALOT OF MONEY.....
NEVER TRUST BOTTOM FEEDERS AT THEIR WORD, IT MEANS NOTHING AND IS WORTH LESS THAN THAT.....
ALWAYS LISTEN TO A PRODUCT BEFORE YOU PART WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY....
BUYER BE WARNED, AS THERE ARE MANY LIKE THIS GUY THAT WILL SELL YOU A DREAM AND TAKE YOUR CASH WITHOUT A SECOND THAUGHT, ITS THEIR JOB.
I gave the lad some advice off line, left my details and told him to take robbing, sorry robin to court..... i wouldnt even bother asking for a refund for a product that wasnt fit for purpose, and robbing, sorry robin would be jailed for "obtaining money by deception".... a leagal way of saying the word "THEFT"......
Truuly an appalling story where a young man was taken advantage of.......... he could be anybodys son, read for yourselves..... about 40 comments down from the top and dosent even get an answer except to a utube video link from a person who very clearly (if you watch a few of these videos) has the attitude that we should be thankfull to him for what he so graciously offers us.... and at "the price point" he keeps mentioning which will be atleast 400% markup like it is in the audio sales trade......
Like this equaliser, it will be atleast 200$ and the box inside will be nearly empty, 12w power consumption when being used....... just really bad cheep electronics..... mass milled aluminium and plastic (if the front even is made of aluminium)....... it wont cost more then 20$ to manufacture.......
