@@mrxyz4274 hey bro, if your query is still not solved, yeah you won't find water in toilet anywhere outside of India. But, if you still want to use water, there's something called a "toilet hose" which is basically installed right beside the toilet and works like a shower so you can use water. Look up its images on google if you want to get an idea. Its not that expensive. So, either just find an apartment which already has that, or after renting the apartment, have it installed with the permission of the owner. It won't cost much and it's a life saver for indians, mostly because i find it disgusting putting my hand in my ass, even though it's through a peice of paper.

About that, you can check the international recharge of your current carrier so you can have at least 1GB of data and make a few international calls. (I did Vodafone's international recharge of 1200Rs in 2019 when I came here for the first time.)
I have a secondary phone which is 700 Rs Micromax. It has an Indian sim, which is important for me. Now, I just recharge that secondary sim for 49Rs per month.

It's easier to say. I doubt they'll like it. Indian food is full of spices and seasonings. No offense to German cuisines, but they tend to not be spicy at all and usually are bland. If you suddenly introduce a spicy food over there, i doubt it will suit them. Also, indian street food might seem unhygienic (as it actually is) and bad for health (which it is) so they'll stay away from it if they do see it.
