I am a computer science student. I want you to suggest you clearly determine whether you want to study computer related subjects in your bachelor or not. If you are not sure what to do then prefer bio as you can either go on medical forestry even engineering or IT. Similarly I you are interested and sure that you want to proceed your career to computer or IT related field or engineer then choose computer science

Because you are Nepalese student you have to only prepare for JEE advance.
IT bhaneko information technology which is a field to study related to softwares
while IIT is institution. That stand for Indian institute of technology.
