Divar’s Bonderam is one of the most anticipated festivals for the people of Divar. This year, Bonderam took place on Saturday, August 17. The festivities began with the ‘Patoienchem Fest,’ where attendees learned how to prepare ‘patoleos’ through engaging sessions and hands-on demonstrations.
This year also saw the inaugural Green Education Talks (GED), presented by acclaimed environmentalist Rajendra Kerkar, who provided inspiring and informative insights into creating a greener future. Ross Picardo offered an overview of the origins of Bonderam and more.
The Bonderamchem Jevonn took festival-goers on a culinary journey, offering an authentic taste of Goa’s rich culinary heritage and traditional flavors.
The Bonderamchi Pasoi featured flagbearers leading a lively procession through the island's streets, setting a festive tone for the celebration.
The float parade, bursting with color and creativity, paid a heartfelt tribute to Goa’s rich culture, heritage, and lifestyle.
St. Mathias Club’s Bonderam featured floats from the wards of Belsur, Amboi, Churchward, and Goddar.#goalkeeper
