The memories I had with this game when I was a kid is hitting me hard I used to have a server that was popular if anyone remembers my username it was V_shot but besides that I made so many friends and made connections with them in real life I love this game so much that seeing it die actually makes me very upset but in the end we all grow up ❤

this year marked my 10th year in this game i literally thought i couldn't join servers bc i'm not updating the app, so the decline + hackers really got worse and got the best of dave (& milla). I remember the weird items appearing too starting 2015 like portals without the portal blocks, unknowns, invisible rocks you can only burn with an ember, etc. Glad I still have some of my 2016 friends to this day bc we transitioned to a fandom of a certain artist we like.
and those ppl in-charge are hardworking mind y'all, i remember them actively responding to my reports on ppl with suspicious activity and disgusting profiles/paintings
Honestly if they made a new game similar to the blockheads I’m sure it would be pretty successful and honestly not super hard to do. I’m waiting for someone to make a game similar to the blockheads that has more content and fleshed out features and systems.

free time crystals: baskets full of the literal time crystal item, you had to put the time crystals in a shop and then drop them out of that shop to collect them, i had a world at one point that had millions of duped time crystals before the exploit got patched and had over 80k of them until i had to reset my first ipod touch which made me lose all of them bc my icloud was full and my bhs data didnt save there. to be honest, i don't know why you dont drink coffee after being hit other than there are other things that can heal you way faster and the temperature mechanic that kills you slowly if your body temperature is too high that can be increased by coffee, and the hacker? hint makes me believe it had something to do with a cheat that cheaters, not hackers use to exploit the fact that you just drank coffee. and the third one is cave trolls. their caves had the chance to spawn neutral (as in anyone can pick up/use) ice torches, chests and trade portals.
For number 2: It’s a hack where a hacker gives another player abilities after they attack you. czcams.com/video/vzq0QJ39RH8/video.html (at 3:51) when you drink coffee, the game will update your character and it will reset your hacked stats. (Which is why you shouldn’t drink it.)
Man, I wish this game would have never died. it's so creative and is literally more of 2D Minecraft than Terraria is but it has it's own character and uniqueness that sets it apart. I'm replaying it again right now for nostalgia :)
The blockheads is still actually active, it ain't gonna die yet, me and a few people are hosting a custom server and making a modified version of the game, more of like a client for the game, third party servers, this way the blockheads servers will forcefully work, but we still have to pay for the third party servers

First time i played this game was when i was around 8 years old or 10 years old now im 18 years old and i still remember so much from this game… i love the blockhead but now it deserves to rest in peace
I remembered when I'm 10 years old playing The Blockheads login with gamecenter (I can't speak English because my native language is Bahasa Indonesia) and I have 1 new friend from Singapore that very patient for talking to me while I'm translating each sentence from English to Indonesia. Because of translating is lame, I finally learn English and we can communicate each other for 2 years, we decided to make a new server and play together. I also be friend with his dad to play this together, we are sharing our social media to keep in contact (I was using Line). But sadly after 5 years, I lost their contact because my ipad is broken and my old phone also broken cause of their old age device. This game is really fun but easily to get bored when I lack of creativity. Oh yeah this game is also got deleted on Playstore because of Playstore new policy

I was under a variety of different aliases such as “Matrix”, “awesomeanimeboy”, and “adace” to name a few. I even ran a server called A Badace Guy (cheesy name i know). I’ve met a lot of people I would even consider a major part of my childhood but one player stood out from the rest. We always had a set time to play together without ever really saying, which would funnily work its way around our different time zones all the time. It's sad that I couldn't get to play this, because the game is just too outdated for newer Android devices. Hopefully one day, I can play this game again

We all knows we had lots of memories playing server, I made lots of server with duplicated gems of 50k that some hacker taught me how to duplicate gems. After years I left the game I thought I would spend irl to make new server that I will make for new players and make it active but since owner of this game remove server I was amazed and saddened that my dream game had died (except single player which I still play)
