It's weird that David had a cocaine addiction twenty years before this, and Trent had a cocaine addiction when they filmed this, I kind of wonder if David tried to help Trent out of give him any advice or anything. I'm glad they both got over addiction though. And what's with people being so mean to Kennedy in the comments? I'm only halfway through the video, but she's not that bad!

This was to promote the David Bowie/ NIN tour.
The show is called Alternative Nation, they would interview musicians and play music vids in between. The good 'ol days.

I need to know when this interview took place, I'm guessing 1998 but I need specifics! Also who the interview was done for, for example; MTV, Napster... ect ect..
The two are actually very compatible. Well, in the industrial music sense. Bowie said they both approach production of music very similarly. I think they could have made later outside albums extremely successful if they both worked together on them. Bowie did want to make more Outside albums, but I wonder where he lost the motivation? It's his creative perceptual nature that did so, obviously.
Yeah, and she kept touching David's arm every two seconds like she didn't think he would mind, when it's obvious that he did. I'm so glad Kennedy isn't on MTV anymore!

She is terribly unprofessional. She keeps interrupting them when they talk, and every few seconds she keeps touching Davids arm. She's also dressed like shit and not wearing any shoes. Vile.
This interview is so difficult to watch due to how much it makes me cringe. I want to hear what they have to say about their tour... but she's making that very difficult to do.
why does she keep touching David? He's too nice to recoil in disgust but seriously lady, what, Why? This god sits before you and you just keep making this awkward contact. oh wait... I'D DO THE SAME THING. :D

she was just doing her job...now she hosts a political talk show and that is her job.
