    I'm half British, half French. But even I have to say that I prefer Edith Piaf's version of this song. This song is "speaking" to the half French side of me and it leaves me extremely proud of my French heritage and either Celine's or Edith's version for some strange reason leaves me in tears.
    Je suis à moitié britannique et à moitié française. Mais je dois dire que je préfère la version D’Édith Piaf de cette chanson. Cette chanson "parle" au côté à moitié français de moi et elle me rend extrêmement fière de mon héritage français. La version de Céline ou D’Édith, pour une raison étrange, me laisse en larmes.
