Why wasnt the brick removed to install this roof to the shething with a proper thru wall flashing?
@5:46... This is where the roof will fail due to lack of detail. The rubber NEEDS to go behind the wood pannels... not infront LMFAO.
Also, they skip some crucial cuts on that interior corner. These guys are good but don’t think you’ll easily replicate this mastery.
Can I install this directly to concrete? Or plywood is the only option?
You have to use a primer if you're going to adhere to concrete and or brick before installation of the rubber....

what type of glue u use?
Waterbase glue on the main flat
Should use a spray contact adhesive round the upstands and about 3" round all edges
Then a primer for the tape joins&details. Firestone sell all 3 😊

Are Rubber Roofs good? A house with a pitched roof in Florida has a white rubber roof, done 2 yrs in a row! Why would you need to do it twice like that?
Probably because some one messed up and it was leaking bad. Was it the same product? There is no other reason tho do you're roof every year... that would get expensive.
No waterblock or seam tape ... And they do the pig ears weird... not how we do it!
People mostly get unprofessional work done on their homes because they can't afford the professional. I'm not saying the professionals are expensive, I'm saying when your wife keeps bitching about renovating the house and is impatient you end up choosing any pirate with a paintbrush to do the job.
