Oil- 500 ml
jeera/methi-50 gm
kaddu- 5 kg chopped into small pieces
haldi- 50 gm
Salt- 100 gm
deggi-mirch - 50 gm
Hing -10 gm
Add 500 ml water in yellow pumpkin, white pumpkin doesn't require water
Cook for half an hour
Ginger-green chilli paste-
Kasuri methi
Saunf powder- 100 gm
Kitchen king- 25 gm
Sugar/gur- 100 gm
Dhania powder- 100 gm
Amchoor powder- 100 gm
Garam masala- 25 gm
Dhaniya chopped - 100 gm
Keep Covered for 5 minutes!
Voila you're done
