Umar sir के free video में इतना दम है की यहाँ से free में ही सिख - सीखकर मै अपने clients को बढ़ियाँ service दे पा रहा हूँ और daily का (600 - 700)Rs as digital marketer ।

साथियों, Umar sir का channel न मिल होता तो मैं आज बाहर की किसी company में (10k- 12k) का नौकरी कर रहा होता । दो महिना पहले मेरी हालत बहुत खराब थी । अभी लिखते हुए मेरे आँख मे आँसू आ गया । digital marketing थोड़ा बहुत समझता था पर Deep स्पष्टता नहीं थी

i don't work in Real-estate niche. but I have worked with a software company that does provide software for my Society. I have also run ads for my rental flat for similar theme of keywords.
while estimating for any new niche i assume a conversion rate of 1% and then do reverse calculation based on those figures for budgeting shown on the Google adwords.
then I spend 3-5-10k for a pilot campaign for 2 weeks. see what responses I am getting. or until I get enough data or first 2-3 qualified leads then I optimize the keywords and adjust geo location targeting, measure CPL based on that.
if you are freelancing , do include your hourly rates and number of hours you will be dedicating to the account based on how much attention you had to give during your pilot phase + Design costs+ ad copy+ Professional photos or 3d visualisations ( depending on your contract and skill set) + site visit expenses some real-estate firms provide pick and drop facility via ola uber ,kaali peeli for the client to come to the site + telephonic verification / qualification of leads)
Include all of this within the CPL and if its within the margin for profit then go ahead.
you will also need some way to verify if the lead that you qualified showed up to the real-estate office. most larger firms have their own software that you need access to generate OTP code for your lead that they share with the receptionist on arrival. ( this usually means the lead is highly qualified)
This process of a person seeing the ad vs Visiting the site can take as short as 1 week or as long as 6 months.
if the customer is familiar with the marketing commissions and skips your form and just call directly to the office looking at Google maps listings and walk into the site office.
They end up getting a discount by subtracting the marketers commission and bonus Sales commission down to get a better deal as low as the pre - launch price.
