Russia's "superiority" collapsed when they failed every single objective they started the main war with. Everyone thought they'd take Ukraine in a few days to a week tops, here we are years later. They're the laughingstock for the entire western forces. Literally intel guys reading through the reports of battlefield losses and laughing at these clueless Russian conscripts made up of prisoners and old men, being sent as a human wave into hell.
Ukraine is tiny, with a small military and population compared to Russia. Why hasn't Russia won yet? Why is corrupt Zelensky still in power? Why is Kiev not a pile of rubble?

What can the us improve when they can only see their destroyed tank on video instead of in real life, they cannot accurately examine how the weapon hit and what components are damaged or destroyed which they can use to determine where are the weak areas to improve on
The only thing they can do is to closely look at the video and see where it hits and how it exploded. Even then, videos filmed by Russians are very blurry as seen in their many reports.
