I feel like Shujinko is gonna be one of those assists that becomes top tier later on in the game when people really start to understand how to use him.
Not really. The problem with shujinko is that he relies on the opponent rather than the player. Also, understanding what moves he gets depending on the opponent is also a lot to comprehend on the average player

I did a 40% combo with liu vs liu it uses one of his meter special moves so i got it for meterless

@@phantom2544 he’s actually not even that complex he’s just the only cameo you use once you’ve gotten the hang of the game and I’ve practiced with him a little bit. I would say the only thing hard about him is learning when to call him out to meditate which does not take long at all for him to reach 100% and timing in the abilities that he mimicked. He actually needs a buff specifically with his kick and his high punch. They are -6 on block off of any string it should be +2 just like king Laos low hat

I mailed him at the start of the game and he actually is pretty fun. He isn’t good but he is fun. When you get to hit the super cool combos using the opponents moves it feels so satisfying.

@@thefeogordo5444 I used him with reptile so there want great synergy but I still found it fun. It was a struggle for real. Now I main shao khan and he is even worse with shujinko. I’m not really playing online anymore. I’m just playing invasions and grinding mastery now. I got to grandmaster so I have the shao skin which is all I wanted.

As a sub zero main, I was disappointed in that sub zero player in the beginning. Great content as usual Super
in addition to holding down while summoning your assist to make him meditate low to the ground you can hold the assist button and shujinko will keep running until you let go, you can send him past the enemy to protect him from attacks that way as well
Never understood Shunjinkos meditation. I'm just a button masher who gets lucky at times. Always awesome watching the real killers go to work.

I don't know if it's the spliff talking or not but famo is getting busy with Smoke.... I had to rewind a couple combos that were pulled off and then after the 2nd match.. I had to go ahead and stop the video and subscribe to the channel.... Hell I stopped the video to hit the like button around the 2 minute mark.. I'm over here hyped up like I'm watching a real fight or kung fu flick.... I definitely have to see what other characters famo uses..

You can hold down when summoning Shujinko so he starts meditating crouched, avoiding projectiles
You can spawn shujinko in to meditate lower to the ground to avoid high attacks
Do you plan on playing every character because I’d like to see some Geras action
to not have shujinko get hit by stuff you can call him and hold down - he'll meditate while being lower to the ground

I feel like Apep punch and the kick should give you a bit of charge whenever you use it. Or if charging him up was a bit faster in general. He's just tough to pull off sometimes in hectic matches

Seeing him in the game only made me think about how we could've gotten a Konquest Mode in this game, but instead they gave us a bs mode called 'Invasion'. S/o to SF6 for bringing back World Tour Mode.
Just so you know. After shujinko is hit, you can call him back out to charge. He doesn’t get timed out like other kameos.
Woahhh real time thinking what if shujinko brutalities act like Shang sung when you soul snatch and with let’s say subs ice slide if you do the brutality input it may do that?!? Kinda doubting it but damn wouldn’t that be cool😂
What character is easy to learn and has mixups? I play reptile and I'm kinda new but i feel like they just block low and i cant do anything cus they just D1 my overhead

I feel if i had Shujinko vs sub zero i would use it to control mid and use the slide way more use it to stop them from being comfortable when i approach.
