What I'm noticing in meeting these narcissistic and toxic types. Is that you just met them and within hours or days they're already telling you about their horrible childhoods and dark pasts. The normal people are just talking about current things and what's happening at that moment. You don't know anything about their childhoods or their past until further down the road in the relationship if even then! This is my new red flag to look out for and steer clear of.
Just a small little thing to share Some people have trouble with over sharing Over sharing isn’t always an indicator of a narcissist I would be heartbroken if in one of my impulsive over sharing moments someone wrote me off as a narcissist But at the same time I know that’s something I need to work on and I’m not saying you should put up with people that make you uncomfortable

My ex told me I was disgusting for watching the bachelor...I took it serious and told myself he was right..if my kids shouldn't be watching it...I probably shouldn't either. A week later I found out he had been watching porn and his disgust for himself was why he attacked me. We are no longer together.
The narcissist had expectations for me to provide money to him, the cycle of discard then he would overspend then love bomb, want to come back and then in weeks the rages and cursing would start as if my very existence was blocking him from access to my money as if it was truely his…..it was very apparent the hate he felt toward me.
Sir, u should make an hour or two hours lecture on NARCS, u make it easier for people to understand these soulless creatures running arround. Thanks for ur good Work.
Yes mine has leashes on several different "Pets" when he's done with them he just drops the leash, and drives away. With me I have a heavy chain with a lock

They have a fan club... my sister called him biker trash. They adore each other. Treat their women like shit. Makes them feel "manly". Actually after 38 years of hell I saw the light and started to educate myself. I realized my own mother was exactly the same way. My own mother. Coming from a large family I was the black sheep and abused by my brothers. No wonder I chose him. But I am FREE. 70 years old and happy again. Took some soul searching but if I can make it out of there anybody here on this forum can. Hold onto your dreams. Peace ✌️
That explains why my ex husband can't let me go three years after I left. He has no friends or job and still wants to take me to court and ruin me. He has no one but me and our child for his supply.
Seems like if they used you in the past, then they know they can use you in the future....and they always pretend that what they did in the past to harm and use you, never happened. They start fresh with throwing crumbs to be fake nice and then bam....used and abused y ou again.

My life has been a roller coster ride since I was 9 and started working for this person, a step family member . I think I need guidance on this. Do uou recommend anyone?

He knows my vulnerable point (I become unglued by rejection) and has perfected wielding rejection in multitudinous destructive ways. I could see the hatred in his eyes at times. I'd ask him if it was hard for him to have to pretend to care for me.
