This was so profound especially when you addresses Little Christa! I had to talk to Little Diana and tell her everything that we went through was the cause of being sexually abused by a family member and he even abused my siblings. We have been in therapy for three years and it is work in progress but the shame didn’t belong to me. I didn’t do anything and my actions were the result of the secrecy and abuse.

Thank you for this short! This one was just for me. I receive your big brother hug! I gave myself away because my molester told Baby Pamela this would be the only way to ever get a man to love her. Now Grown woman Pamela can see that we proved him wrong, because my body count was high, but my love was low.
Although it has been many years I have lived with the shame, I tried to compensate for what people knew about me, but today I got freedom! #ShameOffMe
God this just touched me so…I’m weeping. I love you Christa❤️I acted out for many years mostly through sex starting from the age of 12. It wasn’t until my 30’s(I’m now 47)that I began to slow down. I believe that was God intervening although I did not have a relationship now. I’m in therapy now and I’ve made the decision to walk with God. I thank God for you Tim and this podcast❤️

I love that someone like you decided to do a video on shame off you because I've heard so many times shame on you while you knew I guess people say that because will you a new better I've heard it in church shame on you shame on you to our fault yes I'm wrong but to hear shame on you shame on you from the teacher or in church it feels makes me feel condemned or less than but I love that you decided to do a video that says shame off you and I do think it's good to get Christian therapy I think it's good to have a Christian friend. Strong in that area that will hold me accountable and pray with me someone that I could call and ask for prayer when I'm tempted in it's sad that we need to pay somebody for counseling really I think if we really disciple with each other as Brothers and sisters Christ we don't need to pay for therapy
