I think it all depends on where you live, I live in the USA so this is based on my experience :)

Also check out Facebook groups for Devon Rex cat. Sometimes you will get good insight or where to go from those FB group!
I looked around all 3 and choose breeder that live in a same state and find some Google review also ! That's how we choose our breeder and met our Devon rex babies! :) Hope this helps and let me know if you have more questions.
