@12:45 After testing, it's not the horizontal position that's precise, it's the vertical position, and in fact it's sub-frame precise, making it effectively random without a setup. The mushroom makes no difference.
I can understand how something would be sub-pixel precise, but how does sub-frame precision work?
@@polygonalcube Say Toad has X velocity of 2, meaning that if on one frame he was at X=3 then the next frame he'd be at X=5. If you need to hit something at X=4, that would be between frames, and thus can't happen. You'd have to adjust your speed and/or starting position.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but "reflects [specific sort of light]" is how all color works. They're white because that's the light they reflect.
@@Vaishino you can consider it a colour but it's technically a shade and not a colour. White is the combination of all wavelengths of visible light, while black is the absence of visible light. In physics, color is nothing but a wavelength of visible light. Thus, black and white are not colors.
@@chuiscache9998 sure, but my point is saying "polar bear fur isn't white" is wrong. I know about the "it's not a colour it's a shade" pedantry already, but "it reflects white light" means it's white whether you think it's a colour or not.

Dolphins will call eachother by name! It was found that dolphins will address eachother using unique whistles, like we humans address eachother by name! Scientists performed an experiment where they recorded the "name" of a dolphin, and when they played it to a group of dolphins, only the one who the name belonged to responded! This behavior has also been recorded in many species of whale. But most interestingly, naming behaviour has been seen in parrots, who will actually name their chicks like we name our babies! So really, humans aren't as unique as we think we are.

i saw a level similar to the one at 11:40 via another channel. was no mushroom for that one. but from watching both, it seems you have to kind of hit the top right of the flag poles top.
Did this run turn into no skip? A few months before Panga would probably skip the last level no?
He didn't because A) he wasn't frustrated enough from past or current levels, B) he didn't know if it was all pick a path or just got unlucky, C) he has the program to use if it really is a bad pick a path level, Panga usually only skips due to frustration due to it being stupid as hell or because he was just frustrated by bad levels, or a bullshit precision level
i do think he enjoys dumb levels occasionally, boring is what gets him mostly, i'd say. and i do think he is still trying to keep the skipping kinda low.

I was surprised thought that you insisted on using the bohnns to headbutt the thwamps instead of just bouncing over the top like you did the first time, when you didn't yet have a key. You do know that your feet are not your head, right, and that what's below you is not what's above you. But even if you walked upside down on the ceiling it wouldn't make sense to jump to go over the thwamps because they'd still crush you. So... why?
