Paneer= 600 gm
Gram Flour= 3 tbsp
Salt= 1/2 tsp
Green Chilly Paste= 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice= 2 tbsp
Curd= 3 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder= 1/2 tsp
Oil= 6 tbsp
FOR THE GRAVY:
Clarified Butter= 1/2 cup
Cloves= 4
Black Cardamom= 1
Green Cardamom= 6
Bay Leaf= 3
Onion= 300 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
Green Chilly Paste= 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/4 tsp
Tomato Puree= 250 gm
Black Pepper Powder= 1 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Salt= 1 tsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Yellow Chilly Powder= 1 tsp
Chaat Masala= 1/2 tsp
Curd= 1/2 cup
Water= 1 cup
Fresh Cream= 4 tbsp
